Digital signatures
With an automated diploma process, you can sign all diplomas digitally at once. “That sometimes causes some resistance,” Adriaan explains. “Many examination boards feel it’s safer to sign by hand. However, a digital signature is always the same and thus harder to forge. In the printing process, we add various security features, such as microtext in the signature. Our digital signature process is approved by the Ministry of Education and DUO. It is more securely protected than traditional signatures. Plus, it saves a lot of work by not having to sign each one manually!”

Combining all the tasks involved in diploma issuance is another advantage that is not yet widely offered in the market. “That’s because no one else can secure the entire logistical process,” Adriaan continues. “Some other printers also offer secure printing, but that doesn’t go beyond security features on the printed materials.
