About the project

To celebrate World Oceans Day, An Post calls on the public to support its Beach and Waterways Clean-Up Day with two beautiful new marine life stamps. This ‘W’ international rate stamp features the Compass Jellyfish, a species that is especially abundant along the Irish west coast, indicative of a healthy ecosystem, and integral to local biodiversity. The stamps, that were printed by Royal Joh. Enschedé, can be ordered at:
